Summary: | The utility model relates to a three-eccentricity bidirectional metal hard sealing butterfly valve with high performance, comprising a valve board (3) which is provided with a valve body (1) which is installed at a valve shaft (2) and a sealing device (5) which is arranged inside a flow passage by a pressing board (4). The sealing circle of a valve base consists of a T-shaped sealing circle (6) and multi-layer stainless steel plates (7) at two sides. The sealing face between the valve board (3) and the valve base is an incline taper structure. An adjusting spring (10) which is controlled by an adjusting bolt (9) is arranged between an adjusting ring (8) which matches with the sealing circle (6) and the pressing board (4). The technical proposal effectively complements the tolerance zone between a shaft sleeve and the valve body and the elastic deformation of a valve rod under the pressure of medium and solves the sealing problem of the valve which exists during the process of conveying the bidirectional and mutually changed medium. |
