Abstract | The utility model relates to a limit-torque overload protector, belonging to an overload protection device in mechanical transmission, comprising a driving shaft (1) which is sleeved sequentially with an oil-free lubrication bearing (9), a driven disk (8) and a steel ball keeping bracket (7) provided with a steel ball (6), wherein a driving disk (5) is connected with the driving shaft (1) through a spline; a gland bush (2) is screwed and fastened on the driving shaft (1) by a holding screw (15); a plurality of springs are evenly distributed between the gland bush (2) and the driving disk (5); the oil-free lubrication bearing (10) is positioned between a driven shaft (11) and the driving shaft (5); the driven shaft (11) is fixed on the driven disk (8); and a dust cover (13) is fixed on the driving disk (5). When overloaded, the steel ball (6) is dropped out of a tapered pit (17) of the driving disk and a tapered pit (12) of the driven disk and the dust cover is moved rightwards along with the driving disk (5) to start a contact switch so as to control the electric control system; therefore, the motor is stopped and the torque can not be transmitted by the driven disk, which protects the electromechanical equipment from being damaged and prevents the occurrence of accidents. |
