A conflicting portion and a pushing component which can move corresponding to the conflicting portion are arranged on the bearing base and positioned under the data accessing device, and an embedding clamping portion is arranged on the pushing component, and one end of the embedding clamping portion is corresponding to the conflicting portion, and the other end is clamped with the clamping portion of the bottom face of the data accessing device. The utility model can obtain the effects of fixing without screws and easy change and assembly of the data accessing device, and the data accessing device can be interchanged and shared by a desk top computer and a notebook computer.
