A sliding frame 5 which can slide along the sliding rail 2 is arranged under the seat-chair. A spring 6 is arranged in the sliding frame, can counteract most of the impact force. The safety performance of the seat-chair is good. The personnel injury and death and accident rate can be reduced by a great extent.
