A chicken's mouth is utilized to push the contact plate to start the motor finally so that the electrothermal mouth cutting knife emits heat and accomplishes the tasks of mouth cutting and haemostasis. The utility model, which has good mouth cutting effect, electric energy saving and improvement on the service life of the motor, is suitable for the work of the quick mouth cutting and the haemostasis of chickens with different ages of an old age, a middle age and a small age.
