The utility model relates to an active continuous-filament output mechanism, and the active continuous-filament output mechanism is provided with a pair of rollers which have the same diameter and smooth surface and are arranged horizontally. The rollers are connected by a gear pair, and the direction of the linear velocity has the same size. The gear pair and a system changeover gear compose a drawing mechanism, the rollers are fixed on a support foot through an aligning bearing, and the upper side of a block bar base is provided with a block bar which prevents a continuous-filament pony roll from colliding and inversing mutually when the continuous-filament pony roll is operated. The active continuous-filament output mechanism is also provided with an adjustable positioning device which is used for controlling the output position of the continuous-filament, and the adjustable positioning device can be arranged on a member of the used machine and the use of the member has no influence. The installation length of the mechanism can be lengthened or shortened according to the need, and the support foot can simply make the mechanism and the selected machine connected together.
