Abstract | The utility model discloses a hydropower station gate machine underwater grasping beam crossing pin control device. The utility model adopts a magnetic sensor and dual signal detection of a travel switch. After the processing and the comparison by a single-chip computer of the signals generated by the magnetic sensor and the travel switch, and when the two signals are in coincidence with each other, the single-chip computer sends out the signal to lead a lifter to act. The signal separator of the utility model adopts the structure of a dual-layer shell body, and the signal separator is sealed by epoxy resin; the signal sensor and the travel switch are also sealed by the epoxy resin, and thus, the quality of the signals is ensured. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and convenient installation, and the utility model can effectively control the pin crossing procedure of the underwater grasping beam of the gate machine. |
