Abstract | The utility model provides a swirler and a printing base plate for machining the swirler. The swirler comprises a base, an air cavity is formed in the base, a plurality of swirl vanes are fixedly arranged at the top of the base, each swirl vane is of a hollow structure, one end of each swirl vane is communicated with the air cavity, the other end of each swirl vane is closed, and a plurality of injection holes are formed in the outer wall of each swirl vane. A through hole communicated with the air cavity is formed in the bottom of the base; the printing base plate comprises a plate body and a sealing plug, a threaded hole is formed in the plate body, the threaded hole completely penetrates through the plate body, and the sealing plug is installed at the threaded hole; the swirler and the printing base plate are novel in structure, and material discharging parts are reserved, so that materials are convenient to clean and recycle; and the printing base plate can also be used in cooperation with other equipment |
