Abstract | The utility model discloses a total-reflection pressure-relief-free air chamber jigger, relates to the technical field of jiggers, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problems that when an existing jigger is used in the mineral screening industry, part of water flow with high impurity content is discharged along with tailings, the utilization efficiency of water resources is low, and the production cost is increased. Comprising a jigger body and further comprises a base, a material guide plate is fixedly arranged on a discharging port of the jigger body, a recycling mechanism is arranged on the base and comprises a water tank, a water inlet is formed in the top of the water tank, and the material guide plate is located above the water tank. By arranging the recycling mechanism, water flow in tailings can be conveniently recycled, the utilization efficiency of water resources is effectively improved, and the production cost is remarkably reduced.
