Abstract | The utility model provides a shield interval boulder group blasting section rapid tool changing and reinforcing structure which comprises a shield body, and a shield body radial grouting pipe, a foam concrete injection hole in a partition plate and a telescopic cutter head are arranged on the shield body. Balanced shield mud is injected between the shield body and the soil body through the shield body radial grouting pipe, soil bin pressure is established through the balanced shield mud, and after the pressure in the soil bin is increased to a set value, the soil bin is backfilled with shaped EPS; foam concrete is injected between the shield body and the excavation face through the foam concrete injection holes in the partition plate.
