Abstract | The utility model discloses a light-weight tubular cross beam which comprises a tubular beam and mounting bases connected to the two ends of the tubular beam in the length direction. The mounting base is formed by a mold casting process; the tubular beam is configured to be of a U-shaped structure, and a support is welded and fixed to the middle of the tubular beam. The mounting base of the tubular cross beam is integrally formed by adopting a casting process, so that the difference of the strength and the shape of the mounting base caused by the instability of a welding process is avoided, and the consistency and the strength are improved.
本实用新型公开了一种轻量化管状横梁,包括管状梁以及连接于管状梁长度方向两端的安装底座;安装底座采用模具铸造工艺成型;管状梁被配置为U型结构,且管状梁的中部位置焊接固定有支架。本实用新型的管状横梁的安装底座采用铸造工艺一体成型,避免了因焊接工艺的不稳定而导致安装底座强度和形状存在差异,提高一致性和强度。 |
