Abstract | The utility model discloses a fusion cage for bone grafting, which comprises a flexible mesh bag placed in the center of an intervertebral space, the inlet end of the mesh bag is movably connected with an outer sleeve, and a conveying pipe is arranged in the outer sleeve; and the inlet of the mesh bag is movably connected with a sealing piece. By using the expandable mesh bag structure, the mesh bag can be implanted into the intervertebral space only by using a minimally invasive small incision, so that on one hand, the risk of vascular nerve injury is reduced, and on the other hand, satisfactory bone grafting quantity can be obtained; the bone grafting material is tamped through the pressing guide rod, the intervertebral space can be expanded, the height of the intervertebral space is maintained, and the normal curvature of the spine is recovered; the mesh bag is of an elastic structure, the contact area between the mesh bag and the centrum end plate is larger than that of a traditional fusion cage, the occu |
