The lock cylinder assembly is arranged in the lock shell in a rotating mode, the lock pin is arranged in the lock shell in the transverse direction and can be driven by the lock cylinder assembly to stretch out of the lock shell, a circuit board is arranged in the lock shell, and a communication module which can send signals to a control module in the electric vehicle to control the whole electric vehicle to be powered on when receiving the signals is integrated on the circuit board. A protruding part is arranged on the side portion of the lock cylinder assembly, a microswitch is fixed in the lock shell, and when the lock cylinder assembly rotates to drive the lock pin to stretch out of the lock shell, the protruding part presses down the microswitch so that a circuit between the communication module and the in-vehicle control module can be disconnected.
