Abstract | The utility model discloses a L-carnitine fumarate crystallization kettle which comprises a jacket, a bottom valve is arranged at the bottom of the jacket, a first communicating vessel is arranged on the left side of the jacket, and a steam or condensate water inlet is formed in the position, close to the top, of the left side of the jacket. The detection chamber and the crystallization kettle are communicated through the principle of the first communicating vessel, and the adjusted concentration of an ethanol solution can be read in real time through the hydrometer in the detection chamber, so that the ethanol solution can be accurately prepared on line without sampling analysis, and the production efficiency is greatly improved; and turbulent flow is formed close to the kettle wall, so that crystals can be effectively prevented from being attached to the kettle wall, and the loss of an ethanol solution in the crystallization process can be greatly reduced by arranging the condenser and the condensation cham |
