Abstract The utility model provides a system for purifying flue gas of a coke oven and capturing and recycling carbon dioxide. The system comprises a low-temperature plasma flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system, a dry quenching furnace system, a dry quenching furnace dust removal system, a waste heat recovery system, a CO2 low-temperature liquefaction system and a refrigeration system, wherein the dry quenching furnace system is used for carrying out dry quenching reaction; the dry quenching furnace dust removal system is connected with a dry quenching furnace reaction device and is used for multi-stage dust removal. After the flue gas passes through the plasma desulfurization and denitrification system, sulfur-containing and nitrogen-containing acid gases in the flue gas are removed, impurity gases in the flue gas are also greatly reduced, and preparation is made for recycling of carbon dioxide.
