An arc-shaped movable groove is formed in the rotary movable seat, and a lens mounting seat which rotates and moves and is attached to the arc-shaped movable groove is arranged in the arc-shaped movable groove; the rotary movable seat is provided with a second driving assembly beside the arc-shaped movable groove, and the second driving assembly is in driving connection with the lens mounting seat; during working, the second driving assembly drives the lens mounting base to rotate in the horizontal direction. Through the structural design, the dual-drive module can realize angle adjustment of the camera lens in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, namely, the dual-drive module has the advantages of novel structural design and capabi
