The turn-over mechanism comprises a mounting base, a control base is arranged at the top end of the mounting base, grippers are arranged on the two sides of the top end of the control base, and a protection plate is arranged at the position, between the two grippers, of the top end of the control base. The structure of the protection plate, the telescopic plate and the telescopic groove is adopted, chippings generated during machining are blocked, after the protection plate and the telescopic plate are fixed through the fixing block, when the gripper clamps a workpiece, the telescopic plate moves in the protection plate through the telescopic groove, meanwhile, the protection plate and the telescopic plate are opened on the two sides, and therefore machining is more convenient.
