The second lens is provided with a side face, and the included angle theta between the light-emitting face of the light-emitting chip and the side face in the upward direction of the opening is larger than or equal to 90 degrees. A resin layer containing reflective particles can be additionally arranged on the light-emitting unit, and the resin layer is located on the substrate and covers the side face of the second lens in a surrounding mode.
