Abstract | The utility model discloses a light-emitting unit and a light-emitting device.The light-emitting unit comprises a substrate, a light-emitting chip and a first lens, the light-emitting chip and the first lens are arranged on the substrate, a cavity for containing the light-emitting chip is formed between the first lens and the substrate, a second lens is further arranged in the cavity, the second lens at least covers the light-emitting face of the light-emitting chip, and the light-emitting chip is arranged on the substrate. The second lens is provided with a side face, and the included angle theta between the light-emitting face of the light-emitting chip and the side face in the upward direction of the opening is larger than or equal to 90 degrees. A resin layer containing reflective particles can be additionally arranged on the light-emitting unit, and the resin layer is located on the substrate and covers the side face of the second lens in a surrounding mode.
