The structure comprises two herringbone columns, a cross beam, an A-phase lead, a B-phase lead and a C-phase lead, the upper ends of the two herringbone columns are fixedly connected with the left and right ends of the cross beam; the A-phase wire and the C-phase wire are fixedly connected to the top plates of the two herringbone columns respectively, and the B-phase wire is fixedly connected to the cross beam.
