Abstract The utility model relates to the field of physical and medical devices, in particular to a high-signal-to-noise-ratio near-infrared band-pass optical filter applied to a fluorescent endoscope, which comprises a glass substrate and a plurality of light-transmitting film groups with single sides attached to the incident side of the glass substrate. The light-transmitting film group comprises a first high-refractive-index film layer, a first low-refractive-index film layer, a second high-refractive-index film layer, a second low-refractive-index film layer and a third high-refractive-index film layer which are sequentially arranged in an attached mode. The refractive indexes of the first high-refractive-index film layer, the second high-refractive-index film layer and the third high-refractive-index film layer are greater than those of the first low-refractive-index film layer and the second low-refractive-index film layer; and the plurality of light-transmitting film groups are tightly attached layer by layer.
