The photochemical reaction device comprises an operation box, a treatment chamber is arranged in the operation box, a rotating disc part is arranged in the treatment chamber, limiting parts are symmetrically arranged on the rotating disc part, and an illumination module is arranged in the middle area of the rotating disc part; the limiting part comprises fixing rods which are symmetrically arranged, and mounting ring sleeves are symmetrically connected into the fixing rods; and the elastic limiting ring is connected with the mounting ring sleeve in a matched manner.
