By utilizing the phototaxis of harmful insects, the luring lamp attracts the harmful insects to penetrate through the anti-touch mesh grid to be in contact with the power grid, then the harmful insects are killed by electric shock and discharged from the falling opening, and food is used for luring the harmful insects to be placed on the attractant circular groove in one side of the supporting plate so as to poison and kill the harmful insects.
