A sealing plate is additionally arranged at the position of a feeding port, when an agglomerated additive is added, an external motor drives a first rotating shaft to rotate, so that the sealing plate is driven to rotate, the additive between the sealing plate is brought into a grinding bin, and due to the fact that the sealing plate is attached to the arc-shaped part of the feeding |
