Abstract | A multi-machine collaborative full-automatic western blot hybridization screening system comprises a multi-degree-of-freedom collaborative robot assembly, a pipetting assembly, a drive-control integrated temperature control shaking table assembly, a multi-temperature liquid storage tank group, a sample incubation box and a man-machine interaction control system. The device is simple and compact in structure, convenient and fast to operate and high in operation efficiency, and on the basis of experimental steps of 100% copying of classical textbook requirements, a user only needs to put a reagent, a suction head and a sample protein adhesive tape into specified positions, and the instrument automatically runs. While the labor intensity of experimenters is reduced, the efficiency of scientific discovery is improved, and the experiment cost is reduced.
