The hot charging device comprises an upper assembly and a lower assembly which are vertically and oppositely arranged, the lower assembly comprises a horizontally arranged bottom plate and a positioning column vertically arranged on the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is further provided with an inner positioning sleeve and an outer positioning sleeve which are coaxially arranged with the positioning column; the outer positioning sleeve is provided with a step formed by protruding outwards in the radial direction. The upper end of the outer positioning sleeve is provided with a positioning groove used for determining the circumferential position of the stator iron core to be assembled. The upper end of the inner positioning sleeve and the upper end of the outer positioning sleeve are correspondingly provided with receding notches used for allowing winding wires on a stator iron core to be assembled to penetrate through.
