The all-wheel electronic steering vehicle chassis comprises a frame, the front wheels are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the frame and have an independent steering function; the rear wheels are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the swing axle and have independent steering and driving functions, and the swing axle is rotationally connected with the frame through a connecting shaft; and the controller is arranged on the frame and used for controlling steering of the front wheel and the rear wheel and driving of the rear wheel.
