In the mainframe box, the UPS inverter is connected with the lithium battery, and the lithium battery is connected with the acquisition control box; an engine of the power and transmission device is connected with a wiring board; the wiring board is connected with an acquisition control box through a power supply controller; a starting power supply is arranged at one end in the auxiliary case, an oil tank is arranged at the other end, and an electric fuel pump with a filter is arranged at the upper part of the auxiliary case and is connected with the oil tank through an oil pipe; and a control box of the electric fuel pump is connected with the acquisition control box through a wiring board of the mainframe box.
