Abstract | A directional putting-down and standing-up device for a video monitoring rod of a transformer substation comprises a bottom foundation framework assembly, a suspension arm framework assembly and a double-arm connecting framework support, the suspension arm framework assembly is hinged to the bottom foundation framework assembly, and when the suspension arm framework assembly is lifted up, the double-arm connecting framework support is connected with the suspension arm framework assembly. And the suspension arm framework combination and the bottom foundation framework combination are supported, connected and positioned through the double-arm connecting framework.
