Abstract A rail clamping electric energy meter comprises an electric energy meter body and four clamping blocks arranged on the outer side face of the electric energy meter body in a matrix mode, the clamping blocks extend outwards from the outer side face of the electric energy meter body, and the clamping blocks and the electric energy meter body are integrally formed.
