Wherein the wire arranging unit comprises a mounting seat and a lifting frame arranged on the mounting seat; a distributor plate is arranged at the top of the lifting frame; during winding, the copper wire penetrates through the wire distributing plate to be layered and then is straightened under the action of friction force through the force applying unit, so that the copper wire is stressed uniformly during winding, and the winding quality of the motor copper wire is improved.
