Abstract | The utility model relates to a self-heating and curing carbon fiber fabric capable of being used as a composite material. The carbon fiber fabric comprises at least one continuous carbon fiber, an insulating fiber and a glass fiber non-woven fabric, wherein at least one continuous carbon fiber is added in the weft direction, and insulating fibers are added between two bundles of carbon fibers in the weft direction and in the warp direction of the fabric for fixing the continuous carbon fibers and preventing short circuit; two ends of the single continuous carbon fiber extend out of the edge of the fabric and are connected with wires; and adding glass fiber non-woven fabrics on the upper and lower surfaces of the fabric to realize interlayer insulation. The diameter and interval of the carbon fibers are adjusted according to the required heating power, and the overall breadth and length of the fabric are adjusted according to requirements.
