A second fixing plate is arranged at the end, away from the heat dissipation shell, of the spring, a gasket is arranged on the outer surface of the end, connected with the spring, of the second fixing plate, sliding blocks are arranged on the two sides of the heat dissipation shell, clamping blocks are arranged at the top ends of the sliding blocks, a wiring groove is formed in the end, located below the first fixing plate, of the heat dissipation shell, and a first groove is formed in the upper surface of the box body.
