Abstract The utility model discloses a high-strength bevel gear which comprises a bevel gear and a non-bevel gear. The high-strength bevel gear is in a Logi X tooth shape, the part (tooth crest) above a pitchline (the bevel gear is degraded into a pitch circle) is convex, the part (tooth root) below the pitch line (the bevel gear is concave) is concave, and in the transmission process, convex and concavemeshing of a pair of gear teeth can be achieved; wherein the tooth profiles are formed by connecting a series of feature points, the curvature centers of the feature points are on a pitch curve (pitchcircle), and when a pair of tooth profiles are meshed with the corresponding feature points, the curvature centers coincide and fall at nodes to meet the instantaneous pure rolling condition; compared with an involute tooth profile, the tooth surface contact stress and the slip rate are greatly reduced, the friction is reduced, the tooth root thickness is increased to a certain extent, the numberof teeth can be designed to
