Abstract | A battery module testing mechanism comprises an electric chain plate type conveyor, a switching power supply and a detection device, baffles are arranged between the upper ends of every two adjacent chain plates of the chain plates of the electric chain plate type conveyor; the detection device comprises a rack, a photoelectric switch circuit, a time controller circuit, a time control switch circuit, an alarm prompt circuit and an activity detection device. The lower parts of the left and right ends of the rack are respectively mounted at the upper ends of the left and right sides of a frame of the electric chain plate conveyor; the movable detection equipment is mounted below the rack; the switch power supply, the photoelectric switch circuit, the time controller circuit, the time controlswitch circuit and the alarm prompt circuit are installed in the element box; and the chain wheel is connected with a motor reducing mechanism and a motor of the electric chain plate type conveyor through wires.
