Wherein one end of the stator is in threaded connection with the flexible pipeline, the other end of the stator is connected with one end of the rotor, a wire for supplying power to the spiral head and a steel wire for dragging are arranged in the flexible pipeline, a winding flexible group is arranged on a silicon steel sheet of the stator, and a connecting ring connected with the steel wire is arranged at one end, connected with the flexible pipeline, of the stator. And a permanent magnet corresponding to the winding flexible group of the stator is arranged in the rotor.
