In the use process, the motor is controlled to operate, after the motor operates, the rotating shaft is inevitably driven to rotate, the threaded hollow cylinder connected to the lower surface of the rotating shaft and the upper opposite plate pre-opening hole are in a movable state, and at the moment, therotating shaft rotates in the inner cavity of the threaded hollow cylinder and pushes the threaded hollow cylinder to move downwards. As the rotating shaft connected to the bottom end of the threadedhollow cylinder is fixed through the second concave fixing block, the clamping semi-arc block and the first concave fixing block, after the threaded hollow cylinder receives the rotating force of therotating shaft, the rotating shaft connected to the top end of the threaded hollow cylinder cannot rotate, and only the rotating shaft is pushed upwards; and upward displacement of the concave fixingblock II is realized.
