Abstract | The utility model relates to an iron core mechanism suitable for a frameless motor, which comprises an iron core body, the iron core body is further provided with an iron core punching sheet, a plurality of stator iron cores are welded outside the iron core punching sheet, buckling sheets are arranged between the stator iron cores, and stator pressing rings are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the iron core punching sheet. Therefore, the complicated arrangement of a machine base is omitted, the weight is lighter, and the cost is lower. The iron core can be in direct contact withair, the heat exchange effect is good, and the blood heating performance is good. And the stator pressing ring is adopted, so that up-down clamping and positioning are realized, and the mounting precision of a perfect circle is ensured. The stator core is convenient to install, the inner groove can be used for auxiliary positioning, and the combination is more stable. The whole structure is simpleand easy to assemble.
