The system comprises a Wolson system, a solar power supply system and an adjustable spraying device, wherein the fog system comprises a fog system host and a water supply pipeline connected with the fog system host; wherein the solar power supply system comprises a photovoltaic controller, and a solar cell panel, a storage battery and an inverter which are respectively connected with the photovoltaic controller; the inverter is connected with the Wolson system host; the adjustable spraying device comprises a plurality of adjusting supports and connecting hoses detachably connected with the adjacent adjusting supports. The connecting hose is connected with a water supply pipeline; the spraying position can be flexibly adjusted, dust fall can be effectively conducted on the position of a pollution source, and a better dust fall effect can be achieved.
