Abstract | The utility model discloses a device for removing humic acid during extraction of total DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) of soil and sediments, which comprises a sample bin for containing soil and sedimentsamples, and further comprises a humic acid dissolved solution storage bin and a sea sand particle storage bin, and a vortex mixing bin; wherein the sample bin, the humic acid dissolved solution storage bin and the sea sand particle storage bin are used for quantitatively feeding soil, sediment samples, humic acid dissolved solution and sea sand particles into the vortex mixing bin respectively;the vortex mixing bin is used for uniformly mixing fed soil, sediment samples, humic acid dissolved solution and sea sand particles in a vortex oscillation manner. According to the device for removinghumic acid during extraction of total DNA of soil and sediments, disclosed by the utility model, the inconvenience caused by manual operation can be obviously reduced, and the operation speed can beobviously increased.
