Abstract | The utility model discloses a light-weight intelligent bridge crane electric control system based on PLC control. The light-weight intelligent bridge crane electric control system comprises a power distribution protection module, a main hoisting mechanism module, an auxiliary hoisting mechanism module, a large vehicle running mechanism module, a small vehicle running mechanism module and a PLC control module. Wherein each module transmits signals to an input module of the PLC through a master controller and a button manual control device which are linked, programs in a CPU process the signals,and an output module outputs control signals to control an intermediate relay, an indicating lamp and a display device; the intermediate relay drives a large contactor to control the starting of a motor of the hoisting mechanism, and the switch and the overload limiter feed signals back to an input module of the PLC; the utility model discloses a light-weight intelligent bridge crane electric control system based on PLC |
