The utility model discloses an overload phase-loss protective switch for a three-phase motor or an electric apparatus. A safety wire which is selected according to loaded power is arranged between a motor and a moving contact, a static contact is connected with a three-phase electrical source, and an insulating board which is fixed with the moving contact is movably connected to a transmission executive mechanism; both ends of an insulating rotating board are movably connected to the housing, a convex end on one side of the insulating rotating board is respectively contacted with an insulating push rod which is pressed below the safety wire and is sheathed with a spring, and the other side of the insulating rotating board is contacted with the transmission executive device. When any one phase or two phases of the safety wire is fused due to electric convection, the electrical source of the motor can be automatically and reliably cutting off. The switch has the advantages of wide application range, flexible action and reaction, simple structure, reliable working and low cost.
