The fixing device comprises a clamping structure, a supporting rod, a monitoring prism, a screw rod and a fastening nut, the device can effectively fix the monitoring prism and the rail without influencing the train operation; when a train runs, the monitoring points are not loosened, the length of the monitoring pointsexceeding a steel rail is shortened, collision of workers to the monitoring points during operation is reduced as much as possible, the device can be suitable for steel rail bottom flanges with different heights through the upper clamping block and the lower clamping block, meanwhile, the optimal observation angle of the measuring robot is guaranteed, and the device is a reliable rail-prism fixingdevice.
