Wherein a liquid crystal filling groove extending in the length direction of the liquid crystal filling strip is formed inthe upper end face of the liquid crystal filling strip, strip-shaped seepage grooves are formed in the positions, located on the two sides of the liquid crystal filling strip, of the strip-shaped base respectively, and a confluence groove located in one end of each strip-shaped seepage groove is formed in one end of the strip-shaped base.
