Box body, a camera, at least two sensors, an output module and a host are arranged in the box body; the two sensors are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the camera in the road direction respectively, a snapshot area of the camera covers the whole road, the two sensors are used for triggering the camera to snapshot images in the snapshot area when detecting that a vehicle approaches, and the host outputs the two images outwards to the industrial personal computer through the output module. The beneficial effects of the utility model are that the system can achieve the automatic snapshot of the black smoke vehicle, is high in snapshot accuracy, and is high in efficiency.
