Abstract | The utility model discloses a touch screen piglet temperature full-automatic PID adjusting system, and belongs to the field of livestock and poultry breeding facilities. Wherein the main power supply,the DC24V power supply, the Siemens S7-200 series PLC, the voltage regulating module, the voltmeter and the ampere meter are installed in the control box, the color touch screen is installed on a shell of the control box, and the control box is hung or fixedly connected to a wall in a pig house; the temperature probe is arranged in the pig house, and the heat preservation lamp is installed aboveone piglet pen in each farrowing pen. The heat preservation lamp is controlled according to the set temperature variable power, the service life of the heat preservation lamp is prolonged, and the purpose of saving energy is achieved; besides being suitable for hog houses in severe cold regions and cold regions, the pigsty can also be used for lactation hog houses in humid regions with hot summerand cold winter.
