Abstract | The embodiment of the utility model discloses be used for heat exchanger tube inspection clearing robot, include: the clean screwed pipe that detects, the clean end that detects the screwed pipe is used for the clean detection achievement platform of installation, with clean detection screwed pipe passes through threaded connection's fixed thimble, the drive fixed thimble centers on the clean rotatory first motor of screwed pipe that detects, the setting is in the fixed global three telescopic link of thimble, every the end of telescopic link all is provided with and removes wheel, drive telescopic link concertina movement's second motor and drive move wheel pivoted third motor, the device also comprises a controlle, controller control first motor the second motor with the operating condition of third motor. Because controller automatic control is passed through with clean in -process to above -mentioned the detection, consequently, human intervention is less to can reduce intensity oflabour.
