Abstract The utility model provides an ore pulp concentration meter based on weighting method, including last box, down box, feed liquor in locating the box rinse structure, circuit control panel and control display system, weighing and measuring structure in locating down the box, wherein the feed liquor rinses structure, circuit control panel and control display system's combination, can make whole pulpdensity meter realization automated control, can avoid high concentration ore pulp deposit and scaling phenomenon production in whole equipment in addition. Whole device pipeline structure reasonablein design, measuring result is minimum with artifical measuring result deviation, guarantees to use the precision, improves pulp density measuring frequency greatly. 本实用新型提供种基于重量法的矿浆浓度计,包括上箱体、下箱体、设于上箱体中的进液清洗结构、电路控制板和控制显示系统、设于下箱体中的称重测量结构,其中进液清洗结构、电路控制板及控制显示系统的结合,能够使得整个矿浆浓度计实现自动化控制,而且能够避免高浓度矿浆在整个设备中沉积和结垢现象产生。整个装置管道结构设计合理,测量结果与人工测量结果偏差极小,保证使用精准度,大大提高矿浆浓度测量的频率。
