The device's current induction ware, wheel position sensor, magnet steel, signal collector fix the outside in existing track, and inlet wire inductor and off -line inductor are arranged respectively at existing orbital inlet wire end and off -line end, every magnet steel is all arranged at the rear of the wheel position sensor that corresponds, between the two apart from equaling the distance between electric locomotive self magnet steel and wheel, two magnet steel settings are on the track, and distance each other satisfied the detection distance of phase separating, the existing orbital electric current of current induction ware response size, wheel position sensor judge electric locomotive's whether arrival and subscribe the position, the disconnection and the closure of the magnet steel cooperation controller car owner section on magnet steel and the locomotive, and signal collector can gather and save the data of current induction ware, computer processing system can the reading data, and the analysis shows above -mentioned data message.
