Abstract | The utility model discloses a gaseous strip heat exchanger of methyl alcohol installs first barrel and second barrel on the buffing pad, pass through to link up the piece between first barrel and the second barrel and connect, and in the first barrel installation second barrel, just the water inlet is installed in the one end of keeping away from the second barrel to first barrel, and the outlet pipe is installed to the lower extreme of second barrel, and first barrel is equipped with the mounting bracket in being close to the second barrel, installs the cooling body on the mounting bracket, and the discharge gate is installed to second barrel upper end. The utility model has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, heat exchange efficiency is high, and the energy consumption is low, and is pollution -free, through installing first barrel in the second barrel to realize the cooling heat transfer through the condenser pipe, heat exchange efficiency is high, does not account for the volume, can effectual reduce cost, improve work efficiency. |
