The utility model discloses whole cutting -off process light -resistant in certain temperature range that the guarantee is gone on in the fume chamber goes on, reduces some impurity that the side reaction in the cutting -off process produced. The sealed cowling blocks that the highly acid that splashes cuts off liquid, prevents the corruption and the effectual conservation work personnel of surrounding environment.
